It's not just in our hearts, but rather that Islam needs to rule. The godly need to rule. The Anbiya in their time, after them, the Aulsiyya, now in our time, the godly, the Fuqaha, Imam Khamenei. The masses are so frustrated because they're trying. They're talking to their elected officials. They're engaging them in conversations. What they're finding is that each one of them has been bought out by AIPAC. Some of them would rush out with Israeli flags before they would rush out with an American flag. Those people are listening to the money. They know who pays their checks and their bills. The system is flawed. Political Islam, the Islam where the Anbiya and the teachings of the Anbiya are in society, is the solution. So one part of it, yes, on a personal level, we do need to address the inner Nafs, but the other part is that for you and I to be brave and to talk to people, God needs to rule our lives politically in order for this misery to end.How can they say that religion is separated from political affairs? The entire deen. There is no such thing as separation of Quran or church and state. You go ahead, worship whatever God you want to worship, but then we will tell you, we will devise laws, enact laws. We will tell you what is good for you and what is bad. We will make halal and haram for you. No, Allah said, “I don't want that. I want the whole system to be mine.”Let those who are present here convey what I have conveyed to you to those who are non-present to make the deen of Allah supreme over the whole globe. ... So go and struggle in the path of Allah and make Him supreme over the whole world.spent in the way of Allah, spent for his cause, spent to spread the message of Allah, to struggle to establish the just social order of Allah, the socio-political economic system in the world. This is the struggle.And what's the purpose of the advent of Muhammad? Why was he sent? La yuzhirahu 'ala-d dini kullihi. So that he makes this social order, this true and just social order, supreme. To enforce it actually. Wa kafa billahi shahida. And Allah is sufficient as a witness as well as as a helper. Now, for this purpose, you need jihad. To make a system supreme, to establish a system, it can't be done with wishing only or praying only or preaching only. You have to struggle hard, because at any place, every place, there is some system already present. Some politico-socio-economic order is present everywhere. And when you want to establish the system of your choice, you have to uproot the existing system first, and then only you can establish the system of your choice, of your liking. So it requires a heroic struggle. And let me name it, it requires a revolutionary struggle. And for that revolutionary struggle, the basic term of Quran is jihad.So we have to do what we have to do in order to reestablish this deen of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala to become manifest over the whole entire system, man-made system.So takbirur rab to make Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala supreme. This is the mission of Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wasalam and because the Prophet is not with us anymore, his mission now is entrusted upon the believers. It is we who are going to carry out this mission although the Prophet was quite successful. InshaAllah I'll talk about that when I come to discussing the third wall, the third wall, to make this deen prevail over all systems.there's no such thing as separation between church and state in Islam. Islam is Islam. Islam is the deen of Allah and the deen of Allah is one. And Allah governs at the individual level and He governs at the collective level. Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala should not be only confined to the individual. It's the same Allah who created everybody. So it is the same Allah who should rule in the land, who should rule over all the people. So at the political level we must declare that sovereignty belongs to Allah. Sovereignty is to him and him alone. In Al-Hukmu illa lillah... And number two, no legislation shall be made repugnant to the Quran and the Sunnah. No legislation in any land of Allah's lands where his deen is established should be against the Quran and the Sunna.Then to establish the deen of Allah, to make jihad for the cause of Allah, you need money. So actually the second head is when you are spending your money for the deen of Allah, whether it is for the propagation of the dawah of Allah, of the deen of Allah, or it is for the needs of revolutionary struggle to establish the deen of Allah ... the object of the iqamat-ud-deen is to establish the kingdom of Allah on Earth, kingdom of heaven on Earth, Thy kingdom come, so that you know the sovereignty of Allah, glorified and exalted is He, is established.What is jihad? What is qitaal? ... The objective of jihad fi sabilillah is the same as was the objective of the advent of Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam... And the highest point of jihad fi sabilillah is qatal fi sabilillah. Then how to get these people? How to gather these people? How to train these people? How to educate these people? Who will be ready to sacrifice everything for the cause of Allah, for making the deen of Allah supreme?This divine law in and of itself that we are told about by our Lord, Allah Azawajal—its promotion and its administration is to be enjoined by the Islamic State, and it guides individual believers personally within themselves, whether they're in the Islamic State or outside of the Islamic State. Notice I say "the Islamic State" and not "an Islamic state." There can't be multiple Islamic states. The decisive proof and the highest judgment belong to Sharia alone. Ruling by other than what God has revealed, or seeking judgment from it, is among the matters categorically forbidden in Sharia. الفرق بين الشريعة والقانون كالفرق بين الخالق والمخلوق الحجة القاطعة والحكم الأعلى هو الشرع وحده والحكم بغي ما أنزل الله أو التحاكم إليه من المحرومات القطعية في الشريعة فالأصل هو وجوب التحاكم إلى الشرع المطهر داخل ديار الإسلام وخالقهThis jihad needs a party. There can be no jihad without a group of dedicated people and disciplined people, people who are ready to sacrifice everything. Because in order to make the deen of Allah supreme you need a change in the system. And the change of system can be brought about only through a revolutionary movement, revolutionary struggle. And a revolutionary struggle can be carried on only by a party, not an individual.And what more was Muhammad sent sallallahu alayhi wa sallam to make this deen supreme? Because it's no use having a good system of life written only in the books. To what purpose? To what benefit? If it is not established, if it is not established on earth. So actually that was the purpose that has been given thrice in the Quran, that Muhammad was sent to make the deen of Allah supreme over the whole system of life.So it is our duty collectively to struggle for establishing the deen of Allah, Azza wa Jal, here on earth. Sadly, I don't think anywhere in the world you have a complete political socio-economic system which is part of Islam.So there's a dire need to establish the system of Allah that is based on equity and equality... It is our duty to establish the deen of Allah Azza wa Jal... So we have to commit ourselves to this cause and do whatever we can to change the system so that the divine order is established.Now, this is actually the fundamental provision of an Islamic state. This should be clause one of the constitution of any Islamic state. And if I say the same thing in different words, any state in the world, if its provision, its constitution provides this, that the book of Allah and the practice of His messenger are supreme. No legislation can be done here repugnant to the Quran and the Sunnah ... Although if you speak theoretically regarding the theoretical discussions about the constitutional basis of states ... that for an Islamic state, the fundamental principle is that sovereignty here belongs to Allah, not to any person, not to any individual, and nor to the nation.The separation of church and state has devastated humanity... Because in Islam, there is no separation of church and state. The domination of God's system rules even the state.The real objective of the Ummah... is to establish justice on earth through da'wah, amr al-ma'roof, an-nahi al-munkar... uniting to take up the struggle in the way of Allah. Jihad in the path of Allah for the purpose of making Him supreme. وَجَاهِدُوا فِي اللَّهِ حَقَّ جِحَادٍ Strive in the path of Allah as His right is... the right of Allah to struggle for is that He has to reign supreme. He should be supreme. Allah is preparing the believers through this revitalization of faith, increasing their iman (faith) and taqwa (God-consciousness), and uniting to take up the struggle in the way of Allah. Jihad in the path of Allah for the purpose of making Him supreme. وَجَاهِدُوا فِي اللَّهِ حَقَّ جِحَادٍ Strive in the path of Allah as His right is... And we talked about that in the past in my sermons. The right of Allah to struggle for is that He has to reign supreme. He should be supreme. He is the only one most deserving to rule this whole globe, this whole world.
They would like to have the death of shahada. They would like to meet Allah as soon as possible through shahada... Then they can bring about a change in the system. They can bring about a revolution. Then the whole political, social economic system can change. Then they can wage jihad for the cause of Allah. If they go to war for the cause of Allah, why the wars for the cause of Allah are failing these days? Because these personalities, individuals were not reformed first.
